Nitro Drift Refund and Rescheduling Policy
At Nitro Drift, we are committed to delivering a safe, thrilling, and customer-centered go-kart experience. Please carefully read this Refund and Rescheduling Policy before completing any purchase of tickets, packages, or memberships.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final upon successful payment. As a general rule, Nitro Drift does not offer cash refunds, except under limited and specific circumstances outlined in this policy.
2. Acceptable Grounds for Refund or Rescheduling
A refund, rescheduling, or credit voucher may be granted under the following valid conditions:
• The ride, activity, or event is cancelled by Nitro Drift due to:
- Severe weather conditions;
- Track or kart technical issues;
- Power or safety concerns.
• A confirmed administrative or system error in booking caused by Nitro Drift staff or software.
• A participant is unable to ride due to valid medical or health concerns (e.g., sudden illness or injury) prior to the ride, and the same is verified by on-site management.
• In the event of delays exceeding 30 minutes directly caused by Nitro Drift operations, and if no alternative session is made available within the same day.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted for the following:
• Change of mind, dissatisfaction not based on safety/service failure, or personal reasons.
• Late arrival, no-show, or failure to comply with track rules, height/age limits, or safety briefings.
• Ejection or disqualification due to violation of Nitro Drift’s Terms of Service, safety rules, or Code of Conduct.
• Unused ride credits, gift cards, or vouchers past their expiration date.
• Temporary or minor technical interruptions or delays under 30 minutes.
4. Rescheduling in Lieu of Refund
Whenever feasible, Nitro Drift may offer a rescheduling of the session or issue a ride credit valid for 30 days from the original booking date, subject to availability and managerial approval. This is the preferred remedy in most valid refund situations.
5. Group Bookings, Events, and Party Packages
For corporate rentals, private events, tournaments, and party packages:
• A 50% down payment is required to confirm any reservation.
• Cancellations made at least five (5) days prior to the event date may be rebooked once within 30 calendar days, subject to slot availability.
• Cancellations made less than five (5) days before the event will result in forfeiture of the down payment, with no entitlement to refund or rebooking.
• Failure to show up for a confirmed event without prior notice is considered a forfeiture.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
• Approved refund requests will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, using the same payment channel originally used for the transaction (e.g., credit card, e-wallet, online bank transfer).
• Nitro Drift reserves the right to deduct any processing fees, third-party charges, or applicable taxes related to the transaction from the refundable amount.
7. Force Majeure
Nitro Drift shall not be liable for any cancellation, delay, or service interruption caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government mandates, pandemics, power outages, strikes, or acts of terrorism. In such cases, affected bookings may be rescheduled at no extra cost, but cash refunds may not be available.
8. How to Submit Refund or Rescheduling Requests
To file a request, please send the following details to [email protected]
• Full name of customer;
• Date and time of booking;
• Transaction reference number;
• Reason for refund or rescheduling request;
• Supporting documentation (if applicable, e.g., medical note, receipt, screenshots).
All requests will be evaluated in good faith by our customer service team.
9. Right to Amend
Nitro Drift reserves the right to amend this Refund and Rescheduling Policy at any time, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Any updates will be posted prominently at our venue and on our official website.
