By accessing, registering, or participating in any activity within Nitro Drift facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By entering Nitro Drift premises, purchasing a ticket, or utilizing our facilities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from participating.
2. Eligibility
• Minimum driving age and height requirements apply as posted at the venue.
• Participants below 18 years of age must secure parental or guardian consent.
• Nitro Drift reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals who are deemed unfit or unsafe to race.
3. Safety Rules
For everyone’s safety, all participants are required to:
• Wear helmets and safety gear at all times during kart operation.
• Attend the mandatory safety briefing prior to participation.
• Comply fully with staff instructions and track regulations.
• Avoid bumping, reckless driving, or any action that endangers others.
• Immediately report any kart malfunction or accident.
• Refrain from horseplay or physical altercations.
Non-compliance may result in disqualification and/or ejection from the premises without refund.
4. Waiver of Liability
Participation in go-karting involves inherent risks.
By participating, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, accident, disability, illness, or property damage arising from your participation.
Nitro Drift, its owners, officers, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any such occurrences, except where otherwise required by law.
5. Tickets, Memberships & Reloadable Cards
• All purchases (tickets, memberships, reloadable cards) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Lost cards may be replaced upon payment of a minimal replacement fee.
• Nitro Drift reserves the right to change pricing, membership terms, or card validity, with prior notice.
6. Code of Conduct
All guests are expected to:
• Treat staff and fellow participants with courtesy and respect.
• Avoid foul language, aggressive behavior, or destruction of property.
• Secure personal belongings. Nitro Drift is not liable for lost or stolen items.
• Refrain from participating while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
7. Media Release
By entering the premises, you grant Nitro Drift the right to use your image, video, or likeness in any promotional materials, social media posts, or advertisements, without compensation.
8. Use of Facilities and Equipment
• Participants must use go-karts, helmets, and other gear responsibly and return them after use.
• Any deliberate damage or misuse of equipment or property may incur repair or replacement costs.
• Nitro Drift reserves the right to limit access to certain areas or temporarily close facilities for safety, maintenance, or special events.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be used solely for purposes of registration, safety monitoring, and limited promotional communication, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable laws.
10. Amendments to Terms
Nitro Drift reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the facilities following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
